He was born on November 7, 1984 in the town of Gorodnya, Chernihiv region. He graduated from Gorodnya Secondary School # 2.

• From 2003 to 2005, he served in the 101st separate brigade of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
• From 2005 to 2010 – militiaman of a special battalion of court militia "Griffin" of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in Kiev (received a certificate with distinction about initial training of police officers).
• In 2007 he graduated from the Chernihiv Taras Shevchenko National Pedagogical University, majoring in history teacher.
• In 2008 he entered the 2nd year of the Kiev National University of Internal Affairs in the specialty "Law".

For some time he worked in various positions in the boarding school for orphans in Gorodnya.
